I assume you mean buying new springs/mechanisms? I've never tried, but I would imagine a Ford dealer could easily obtain them (in my case, at least, since I have a Ford chassis). They're the standard E-series parts. Perhaps standard auto parts places or JC Whitney etc. could also supply them.
