Years ago, when working as industrial mechanic - filling up forklifts with propane was part of my job.
I was given 5 minutes training for the procedure.
Reading the parallel topic - the attendants filling propane at some stations did not get even the 5 minutes.
I think the hardest part of the job is removing the cylinder from RV.
Once you get it out - the rest is easy till you have to put it back.
