I think the hardest part of the job is removing the cylinder from RV.
Once you get it out - the rest is easy till you have to put it back.
Working for an independent utility company I didn't need a 'Stationary Engineers License' to operate high pressure boilers and associated turbines/generators
Working for 'city' at one of their power plants doing the EXACT same job I was required to hold a license.
You were not filling 'John Q Publics' propane cylinders
