Hyperbaric therapy is supposed to describe constant pressure on the affected area.
Assisted breathing forces it's way to the lungs. If it affected your lung expansion it would pop your pajama buttons. You could sleep in a two atmosphere environment. The effects would be better sound transmission -- higher db snoring, with no improvement in apnea. Only by raising O2 significantly can apnea be treated without positive airway unblockage.
Too much physics schooling can be blamed for my choice of hyperbaric over thermobaric.
When overpressure is developed and a half mile away stuff in a tunnel goes ptui at high velocity out the other side it is pressure not thermal that processed the tunnel contents.
"Vehicle Has Damaging Flat Tire" seems to be a wanting description to describe a rollover.
