Look when one of my cells plays hooky I charge it separately drom the other 11-doubles (twins). In Naio's case where she has no 24-volt charger she can either spend 200-dollars for a charger pr be conscientuous about charging the 1st 6 cells correctly then move on to the second set of 6. All 12-cells must end up charged 100%. Every single recharge. No cheating. Kirchoff's Law enters the picture here and it is unforgiving.
