When the Generator or Shore power is not present, the Inverter will pull from the battery and feed AC power into the AC side of the panel from the batteries.
The question is: How do I power the DC side of the Toy Hauler. All of the lights etc are 12V and they are hooked into a panel that is hooked to the converter.
Disable/remove the converter. Wire the 12V panel directly to the batteries.
With lithium batteries they will not be damaged if you pull them down to ZERO ! What would be handy is a generator auto start if the batteries get down below a certain level.
What you illustrate here is what I had suspected, thank you for confirmation.
The lithium batteries will be a nice add-on I think. I have not specced an auto gen start into the inverter itself because I don't want machinery starting when I may not be there to monitor it. But I have considered building one out of a Raspberry Pi just for fun and then I could change it around as I wanted and disable it easily when I want.
