Shocks?

I posted back in Oct 2014 concerning my tire wear. Here is the link:

I moved two of the 2013 original tires, which appeared to be ok to the rear axle, put a new tire and the unused spare on the front axle. I also had the tires balanced and started running around 105 psi in them I have run them around 5500 miles since then and noticed that the unused spare I put on the front axle had a couple of flat areas all the way across in a couple of areas about a foot apart. one of which is half way thru the tread. Since I have eliminated the balancing issue and tire pressure I am wondering if I might need to replace the shocks. How does a bad shock manifest itself in relation to tire wear? Your thoughts?
These are 17.5" Michelins on a fiver.
This almost looks like a skid. Is it possible that one wheel could lock up?
Thanks
