- jrnymn7ExplorerI'd like to compile a list of AC line start-up currents on the various units, for matching up to smaller generators, as well as their max amp outputs.

No bulk charging yet with mine. 24A tops and fast tapering with some destratification charging is pretty much it. I haven't done much camping, let alone boondocking this year to see what it does on lower SOC's.
What do you have the voltage set at on your Mega Watt, and is it the 30 amp or 36 amp model? - mena661ExplorerNo bulk charging yet with mine. 24A tops and fast tapering with some destratification charging is pretty much it. - NinerBikesExplorerYou better be more specific as to which MeanWell voltage and Model number being compared to the 2 Megawatt models we know of.
I've seen my MegaWatt put out 40 amps, its only a 30 amp model, but that is only right when you turn the unit on, the shunt was pretty cold that morning, don't know if it was an accurate figure. Once my Mega Watt settles in, it seems to hold 33 to 29 amps, no problem, for a while. It's pretty rare for me to get my T-1275 down to 50% SOC, since I charge up daily and I'm not burning much amps, 35 -45 AH in 24 hours. I would bet that if hooked up to T-105's, at least a pair, 30 amps, no problem.
Maybe Mena661 will post up, but he has his on some big batteries, and uses his for maintenance charging, I think, not bulk charging? - landyacht318ExplorerI've posted the capabilites of my Meanwell rsp 500-15 Previously. Im on the road. Have not plugged in to 120 vac for 3+ weeks. Perhaps in 8 or 10 more days. Alternator and solar have been plenty but the screwy 31 is no longer thumping it chest and doing tarzan yells.
It is however easily meeting my overnight needs. But morning voltages are not impressive. Right now 8:30 at night 11 ah from full 3.1 amp load. 12.4volts. - SalvoExplorerNothing exciting. Had my Arduino fired up yesterday and took this plot.
