shore power in campgrounds

I always measure the voltage before I hook up. I'd say at least 1/4 of the time, the CG voltage is 110V or less.

Was your air conditioner working ok?

How many devices did you have running at the same time...A/C, water heater, maybe microwave, etc.?

Probably low voltage. Did you happen to get your meter out and measure?

No one can say for sure since you don't have any numbers but it sounds like low voltage. You should get a meter to monitor the voltage level coming into your RV. A simple plug in meter from Camping World works fine.
