are you looking to build something? start with a DC based one-shot timer (555), and add a AC rated solid state relay.
otherwise, there's a host of lamp timers out there, ones from China are pretty cheap. The clockwork based ones should do what you need, minus the relay - the kind where you turn a knob and it counts down 15 min, 60 min, 4 hrs, etc
