Forget about getting another converter for charging. Get a charger with adjustable voltage. Hook it up close to the bank, using heavy wire (2-4ga) and heavy duty ring terminals. It will cost less, and actually charge your batteries. A 50-90% on a pair of Trojan 6v's should only take about 3 hours using a relatively small 40 amp charger. Using a 60 amper will reduce your charge time to a little over 2 hours.
After about a week, do a FULL charge (90-100%); something that will take a couple of DAYS using a converter at 13.6v, but only a few HOURS using a real charger at Trojan's recommended 14.8v. Afterwards, check SG, and EQ if necessary (another thing the charger can do that the converter cannot).
A Mean Well RSP-750-15 would be a good fit.
