Your PD dropped into float when the bank was still accepting ~15 amps, at 14.4v. This is before 90%, not well past. BFL's charts show about a 5a/100Ah marker for 90% at 14.5v. So, 14.4v would be less than 5a/100Ah, so maybe 12a. Nevertheless, that is a really good charging profile.
That wasn't float, but well above is probably an exaggeration.. My apologies.
Per Lifeline recharge takes 102-110% of the used amp hours, at voltage drop to 13.6 I was above 102% but not yet to 110%. I was in the window for a 90% SOC, but no way to know without stopping the charge and looking at a resting voltage.
In general use I have noticed the post generator charge voltage at 4 hours is well above 90%.
