Mike, like Niner said, you need to get a grasp on your daily usage, all things considered.
For example, if you find yourself only using 40-50Ah's daily, while boondocking, you can keep the bank close to topped up, by doing say 75-95's in about 2 1/2 hours, using a 40 amper. Once a week, you could do a proper top charge, for about 3 hours. And perhaps you could stay at a campsite once a week, and do your top charging, as well as deal with your water tanks.
When charging, once amps start tapering, in abs/cv mode, at some point it doesn't matter how big the charger is, seeing as the batteries will only accept so much at 14.8v. In that case, the mega watt would serve you well. I'm thinking, maybe buy the s-400-12 for $60, and try it out. Worse case scenario, down the road you get some solar. And perhaps you could have a garage sale, and sell what you don't really 'need', and buy what you do need. :)
