Boatandrv is a sort of simple internet transit business whereas Randy has a shop and employees where he modifies/makes his own version of PM products. That means Randy knows a lot about the product.
BTW, what is the state of play re the old and new PMs that you were going to try and return? That process should clarify a number of things.
