But yes, like BFL said, do plan for the future. You may very well need to go with four 6's, especially if you plan to use things like a microwave. You can go with a 75 amper now, for a future C/6 charge rate on a 460Ah bank, or add another 55 amper at that time, and go with two 55 ampers in parallel, for a much higher C/4 rate. Keep in mind though, you need a genset that can handle whatever you decide to go with.

230Ah bank / 75a = C/3 rate (probably the max you should ever go)
230Ah bank / 55a = C/4 rate
460Ah bank / 75a = C/6 rate
460Ah bank / 110a = C/4 rate
