Yes, I would boil it down to your budget for now.
All 3 of your choices essentially operate the same. They will throw amps at your batteries until they hit the set voltage. At that point, they will taper the amps while maintaining that voltage. They will keep tapering amps till you shut it down. So you either use a wind-up timer on them, or just keep an eye on readings.
Between the two converter-based units, I would pick the PM unit because of its simple adjustment knob. The IOTA needs a different dongle for each voltage setting (as far as I can tell).
Whatever you do, don't count on the WFCO for any significant contribution while the separate charger is running. Oh, it might give you 5A, at best. I have the numbers somewhere from using mine along with an automotive battery charger.
