The Meanwell rsp-750-15 will be pretty loud at the top end of its range as the fans are small( 40MM) and very powerful but they do say they incorporate speed control on these fans, whereas mine does not.
I added bigger quieter fans to the Lid of my RSP-500 so the loud fan only comes on at max output on days over 75F ambient.
The voltage trim pot On the MW's is very small and requires a fine touch and a proper screwdriver, and probably is rated for only so many cycles, where as the finger knob on the powermax and included voltmeter are well worth the extra dinero.
I love my Meanwell, but I think the powermax adjustable unit would best fit your requirements of minimal generator time and ability to equalize when needed and its ability to float as well. It can completely replace the WfCO, you just have to remember to return it to float voltages when you have a pedestal to plug into.
If the 60 amper is not PFC, get the 75 amp. 2 t 105s can easily take that much.
