I don't think it would make sense for the 60 or smaller to be PFC but not sure. That is worth asking but I thought the reason was to be able to run on a standard 15 amp circuit which the 60 will with ease. Agree the 75 would do great with a pair (or even 4) of 105s though and would probably go that route.
