Yes that is Bulk and the rest is Absorption till you shut off the generator. Now you are back to just camping on battery till you get back to 50% and start the gen again.
You never are Floating while camping, that is just for when you are not using the RV but have shore power (or solar) to maintain the batteries. The proper float voltage for that depends on temperature. 13.2 is for 80F while 13.8 is for 50F. The 13.6 is just the standard operating voltage for when you are camping with shore power.
If you are on shore power and using the fast charger at 14.8, then you must drop to 13.6ish once the batts are charged up. A good rule is to drop to 13.6 after four hours regardless, and do the rest of the recharge at 13.6 so you don't over-do it at the high voltage.
Some solar controllers call that drop "Float" but that isn't the same thing as doing a maintenance charge float when not camping, it is just what they call it after Absorption, which they might time at two hours or whatever. Different brands use the terms loosely.
