If 95% of camping is off grid then you would be running everything off the battery anyway. 30a power would just be to charge the battery or run the air conditioner for an extended period.
Built in generator would probably be hard wired anyway. Portable generator should be fine on 30 amp supply.
If you are off-grid you will be in near constant conservation mode even with fairly large solar. Plenty of other stuff like large water holding tanks etc. to play into this.
Just some random thoughts....
Nothing wrong with going 50 amp for the extra breaker slots.
