If you say so. However a concession trailer or a construction trailer or any other kind of commercial trailer is a lot different than an RV. There just isn't a whole lot of people looking for a used RV built by Tom, Dick or Harry. They shop manufacturers.
This is meant to be more of a home that you don't move often, not a weekend cruiser. I estimate it will be worth $50,000 once completed. It costs $75,000 to have a contractor build it based off the plans I am using.
Considering the major manufacturers sell larger travel trailers with slides etc. for much less and you can buy a tricked out park model twice the size for about the same money, I don't think your homebuilt trailer is going to be worth anywhere near that much. Hopefully, you are building it as a labor of love, because it is not going to be a good investment.
