Should stove regulator leak at vent?
I did a drop pressure leak test and isolated a leak at my stove. The leak is at the stove regulator vent. Is this normal or should I replace it?

So the leak I see is not just the diaphragm letting out air right?
If it's a continuous leak, you need to replace the stove's regulator. The diaphragm only moves a fraction of an inch, initially, to establish correct delivery pressure.
