There are lots of write ups about it from other guys that have done it.

My driver side window is huge and L shaped, perhaps 4'X4'. I had Auto Glass Boss fix it. They came on site, removed it and cut it open. They cleaned the glass, put it back together and re-installed it for $120.

It's fairly easy for a small window but that big one was a handfull for those guys. I think they charge $90 for a smaller window.

As mentioned it is or can be a DIY job. I repaired almost every window in our 1994 Bounder. Being retired I had the time and it only cost a couple hundred dollars to reseal them. I did replace a few panes that were too badly etched so that added to the cost. Still cheap compared to paying someone to repair 9 or 10 windows.

We had 9 windows repaired there a few years ago. A couple had to be redone this year . . . no charge.

I did my window, and documented the process in the "fogged window repair" file. I think there are some video's on u-tube that also document the steps required.

It is very much a do-it-yourself project. I found that totally separating the two panes is unnecessary. After wasting time that way, I found it was far easier and quicker to cut out the top and bottom spacer with a razor knife and using a couple of wire coat hangers to pull a cleaning rag back and forth between the two pieces of glass. Use white polishing compound as a cleaner. If you completely separate the 2 panes, re-alignment can be a problem and you have to wait a day or two for the sealer to cure to reassemble the window unit. Leaving the two pieces attached on the sides lets you do the job in one day and generally one side has an aluminum strip pressed on with the lock although you should also pull that off to allow you to apply a fresh coat of sealer all the way around the window. Search on Amazon for 'super spacer' and '877 sealant'. Be sure to get the correct width spacer. You will save a LOT of money doing it yourself. Do it on a dry day and you will be good for anther 10 years. "Lifetime warranties" don't mean much since it's unlikely you will keep it another 10 years. It does requires removing and disassembling the window assembly on the RV.

there are several companies performing these repairs around the country. when our windows failed like yours did I engaged in an ultimately futile search for a local glass company to do this work. that was about 10-yrs ago so something may have changed since then but I'm betting not.

after a couple of years we found Suncoast Designers in Hudson, FL. they have several overnight RV spots and work is done on their property while you wait. they will remove the window, clean the glass, replace the seal and re-install the window. work is usually completed the same day it begins. the cost was reasonable and they provided a pro-rated warranty. you can also remove the window yourself (should be fairly easy) and ship it to them. they will perform the work and ship it back to you. I can easily recommend them.

since then several other companies have entered the business. they can be found by google searching 'RV Glass Repair'. those I can think of off the top of my head are the RV Fog Doctor in Arkansas and Dave Root RV Glass Repair. There are likely others.
