Would you also like to "qualify" the statement that the "only way is to remove the motors to move the slide"...; you can simply unplug them at the controller?

To be fair, I've read through the manual and it specifically mentions removing the motors before trying to move the slide. I didn't see anywhere that it said the slide could be moved with the motor simply unplugged. That appeared to be a safety step prior to removing the motor.

And, honestly, everyone is operating under the assumption that the OP was referring to Schwintek, since no one has ever heard of a "Sinarek" although the spelling certainly isn't that similar. Maybe the OP could stop by and comment.
