skid rollers

I have a 24' 2013 Born Free. I bottomed out at the bottom of my driveway. I can't go in at an angle...live off a country road. I have little rollers under the back of the frame...they took most of the punishment, but the driver's side of the rear bumper also got scratched. I will probably see about the skid rollers being moved towards the bumper. What are solutions out there???

On a Born Free, the older-style larger drag wheels weren't very attractive to look at, but they're actually functional, unlike the itsy-bitsy steel rollers that Born Free has been putting on their coaches for 3-4 years now. Get the old-style, larger drag wheels installed.
  • On Our DSDP ,I had an Auxilliary height adjustment Valve added to the Rear Suspension. When it looks like I am going to bottom out I just flick a toggle on the Dash to raise the Rear by an additional three inches!
    It works like a charm!

I don't have help for you but I bottomed out just once at a campground worst part I knew it was going to happen as the asphalt in front if site was wrecked for dozens of others before us. I should have backed out.

It completely freaked me out at the time it happened.
