Those pics show what could be your slide arm wear pads are worn out. Which is odd on a 2005 model as mine barely have any wear and the camper was built in Nov 2003.
See here what I am referring to.
There are 4 wear pads per slide arm.

The look like this

If yours a totally gone, then you are close to, if not, rubbing steel on steel. Not good. A few questions when you go look,
1. Is it only one side that is wearing?
2. Are both the front and rear slide arms wearing on the same side?
It "looks" like in your pics both slide arms are pushed to the left of the picture with more clearance on the right side. I do not know if you flipped the camera around when you took those but I can see it looks like both arms are close to scraping the slide arm out C tube.
If you are only having the wear on one side and the same side on each arm that may point to the slide is going in and out with the slide forced to one side. OR the slide arms are in a bind going in and out.
Before I type a bunch on the wrong problem, look at the wear pads and report back how they are wearing. It is:
Take note of which arm is the master rack with the hydraulic cylinder.
The plot thickens on what your issues are...
Hope this helps

- both inside pads worn
- both outside pads worn
- one inside right and one outside left worn
- one outside left and one inside left worn.
