Slide out failure

Thanks Rekoj. The system is hydraulic. I am not aware of a limit switch. Normally when the slide reaches the end of its travel you can hear the pump labor and slow down an we know to release the switch. This is the first time we have experienced this in the ten years we have owned this trailer. I'm wondering if there is a thermal protector in the motor that could be tripping then resetting after a few seconds. That component could be getting bad or maybe the motor is failing. Who knows.
