Just guessing. Shear pin broken or a keyway split out. Look down the shaft coming from the motor or from the gearbox at the motor and have someone activate motor and see if it is spinning. If not, start looking for a shear pin in the shaft joints on the shaft.
Mine has a motors (one on each slide) that spin pulleys and cables that move it in and out - I do not like the system. If a cable breaks it looks like a bear to replace.
