Slide out problem

Not real sure with what you mean by voltage? Most slides have an overload circuit of some sort that will strut down the slide if the temperature gets too hot. Usually you would have to wait a short period and then continuing to push out or pull in. We had a problem on our 5th wheel slide. It stalled all the time. Eventually the problem was diagnosed as a faulty slide switch. Had the switches replaced and the slide worked just fine.

If you have a good local RV shop that you trust, I would take it to them for a diagnostic.

Not a likely thing, but it does happen (don't ask) Make sure you don't have something that fell down inside the rig between the rig's wall and the slide's wall where you can't see it behind the woodwork that sticks out.

The whole slide is stuck. I found two module under tv where the batteries are. It's says it's not user serviceable. Says breaking seal will void warranty. How do I post a pic here

OK, let me see if I can help. I have an 07 Discovery with a full wall Power Gear electric slide. My slide has three motors #1(front) #2(center) #3(rear).

The controller is located under the bed. My stop points are set by two buttons, one marked in & one marked out.

I find it hard to believe that your being told nothing more can be done.

Can you give me an exact model? Should be a part number on that controller.

Brought it in for warranty work. Changed the motor out and it still doenst work. My people called power gear and they said there is nothing else they can help us with. They claim there is no adjustment. Anyone else with any other ideas
