You want a mess???? Never install Dicor where anything can contac it. That wipe seal will contac the Dicor and smear it everywhere. The wipe seal is not designed to flip out; The inner Bulb slide seal seals the room. If you want to make the wipe seal flip, just get the 2 inch wide grip tape that is used on ladders and steps to prevent slipping. Install it on the inner edge about 2 inches outside where the wipe seal would flip. If you have a rubber roof, then installing the grip tape will not work unless you can find a non rubber area to run the tape on. Doug
