Slide problem
I have a problem with my slide that the dealer can't seem to fix. It has been to the shop 5-6 times for this. Anyone have an idea what's up. https://youtu.be/kN32CbK-Rug

Slide is 16 feet and has the frig in it. I purchased a metal floor door transition which if I remember is about 36 inches long and about four inches wide. I removed the wood fascia from the upper slide face and attached the metal plate to the backside edge of the upper side of the slide lip roughly in the middle of the slide. Metal is probably no more than 1/8 inch thick/ All you are trying to do is stop the slide from extending/dropping past the outside wall edge. I invested roughly $10 and a couple of hours labor.
Listening to your video that is a sound I will never forget! Good luck with your dealer. Mine was no help at all.
