Slide reliability - Are they reliable?

Be carefull of Forest River. My Rockwood Mini Lite's through frame slide works fine but.....the lower corner's when closed,have "NO" seals on the lower horizontal edge. Just a plastic pocket. The rear pocket is directly over the rear tire. You can see light through this pocket with the slide closed. The amount of dirt that comes through them is huge. Forest River tried to tell me it was normal. Then when that didn't work told me to take it to the dealer. The dealer (five states away) pulled a unit in and said " I can't believe I have not had more complaints" But had no solution or time to figure it out. So... I did. Turns out they have been doing this for years.....buyer beware...... I would NEVER buy from them again!
