we camp around 90-120 days each year, usually a few days at a time at each spot. Trailer is a 2010. One slide is a 15 ft or longer, other is around 8 ft.
Electric rack and pinion slide. So far no issues with extending or retracting.
But if one does, I know EXACTLY how to extend or retract each of them with my cordless drill. One of the first things I did when we got it, followed the sales guys direction on emergency slide use and verified I could extend or retract them with the cordless drill and socket on the emergency mechanism.
