Slide wiper seal

Anyone replaced one of these and if so how hard is it I have a 08 Fleetwood Fiesta and the living room slide leaks and I noticed the wiper seal does not reach all the way down to short the slide has a...

OK if is the slide out of adjustment is this a DIY or not?
