Sorry, no way to measure for 25 amps. A 35 amp Vector wants 600w, while a 20 amper wants 320w so I suppose a 25 amper wants 413w and at 0.65 PF that's 635VA. /120 = 5.3a - well over the 4.1a rating of the 500.

My size limit was to get the gen into the outside storage compartment at the back of the truck camper which the 500 just fits for height. Can't put the gen in sideways with oil and gas in it :(
I agree that a higher watt gen would be better for getting more charging amps if you have room for it and the price is right.
