Hmmmm. NOW I shop around! Here is that little one above locally for $180, BUT it is 2 stroke and not inverter type (but a reviewer said his B&D charger ran on it ok despite the "dirty power."

It is the same size as the 4 stroke 500 I got, although weighs twice as much 21 vs 40 lbs. (how can that be? Made out of lead?) It has way more power AND it says 57Db instead of 65Db, BUT doesn't say from how far away at what load. it runs for a bit longer maybe, not clear on that. 50% vs full load confusion.
Should I return the 500 and get this one instead?
EDIT--yipes the Storm Cat above HF spec sheet says it is bigger than this one and has 91Db! Got to be a typo? is it really the same one? sizes not quite the same etc, but same photo?
King website says 57(A) Db--what does that A mean?
