OP - it depends on what you want.
12V are weak, max 100W, and have short cord.
Rechargebables can be TAD more powerful, and there is added inconvenience/cost of battery, either it needs charging before you finish or stops holding charge after a season, or both. Any of those in $20-30 range on Amazon will do, there is not much difference, it's all China.
120V - plenty of choice, in RV I would go for something that can do wet vacuuming, like Shop Vac (or others mentioned here).
Since you want it small, you won't get a good powered head with beater brush, so carpets or pet hair on uphosltery can be a problem. It's the same as with home vacs - either big and good for most tasks (stick, canister with powered head etc), or smalller and good for some tasks, or small and limited usefulness.
