- It - used to be - overloaded service drop transformers had a small red light on them that was easily seen at night
- It is not likely the service drop transformer will be overloaded and display normal utility voltages line to line and line to neutral
- Check L to N voltage and selected the one with the higher voltage especially when under your load
- Demand systems NOT ONLY raise kWh rates, the rates STAY ELEVATED for some time after they drop beneath gate voltage
- You can sporadically use an arc welder and have a monthly bill worthy of manufacturing financial nightmares
- Yes they have those piece-of-snot meters down here as well on two and three phase service drops. I connected a 6.5NH generator to Celso's compressor and TIG welder and his bill DEcreased 70%
