The C/2 for an AGM disregards the many types of AGM which have different charging specs. EG, my 100AH AGMs say max is 27 amps per battery so that's 54 amps for the pair. I figure the 55 amp converter is close enough.
The main RV thing on charging rate is generator time doing 50-90s. This can mean going over C/4 on a Flooded batt if you have the chargers and generator to run those chargers.
Yes, you give up some long term battery life over several years, but you are camping right now and need to get that 50-90 done now.
So as an RVer, your priorities are different. But that was mentioned by the OP, so we wait with bated breath for the next chapter! :)
