Gel and AGM batteries were developed primarily for applications where the battery will be physically abused or inverted. Since the electrolyte doesn't leak out when flipped and the materials stabilize the plates, they are good for planes or boats that experience harsh conditions and lot of rocking and rolling. Otherwise, they tend to be finicky for little benefit.
If your RV is experiencing enough rough riding that you need these, your average RV will fall apart before the standard battery fails.
Also, your golf cart batteries are typically considered deep cycle. Yeah, there are some industrial batteries that are even more heavy duty, but they aren't relevant to RV's.
Also, you can get CCA, AH, 20hr amp ratings etc... for any battery. They just don't necessarily advertise them for all battery types.
