SOK II Manual

I am having an issue figuring out how to pin the roller on this model. I understand the pin hole is on the left side of the roller but cant find the hole on the inside roller to slide it through. There are holes on the holding bracket that might do the job, but when I slide nails into the roller, they are barely holding the roller from moving. Any suggestions?
