Well, yes, the OEM MC4 pigtail can be used for interconnecting the adjacent 24V panels in series. It's only 40" long, so you can only do this if they are placed next to each other. It's better to leave, if possible, some space between the panels for servicing etc - and then you need a few feet MC4 extension cavble. He can of course bolt them together like Smkettner did. Keeping distance from air conditioner and other roof structures is the priority.
I would remove that "bigger" 75W 12V panel if this is necessary for the 3rd (or 2nd?) 24V panel. The remaining 25W panel is adequate for maintaining the starter battery when it's charged. In fact, 500W-750W array could maintain both starter and house battery, so I would only keep those old 12V panels if they are not getting in the way of bigger 500-750W system.
