The OP says he wants 60AH/day in less than ideal conditions so let's say that means 120AH/day in good conditions, flat.
He (at 49.3N in May) already has 100/130 x 56 = 43 out of 120 so he needs another 77AH which is 77/56 x 130 = 178w
So all he has to do is go overboard and get a single 230w panel for say $200 and an Eco-Worthy controller to run it for $102 and run that controller in parallel with his exiting ASC and he is there.
Cost is about $300 plus some wire and brackets, Dicor, etc.
Why tell the poor guy he needs a full-timer's set-up of 500w or whatever?
