If the OP has to have 60 Ah in the worst of conditions, then cover the roof in Uni-solar panels and hope for the best. Three 230w poly panels might get you 9-12a in pea soup, I wouldn't hold my breath in the rain forest.
As solar users we all know that some day the sun is going to hide long enough that the battery bank wont hold out and we will need a alternate means of charging. Here we call it the monsoon season and I could put out all of my systems and not have enough.
