When I went camping last month, I stopped charging each day when the VEC1093 had cut back to about 30 amps. I can just as well use 20 amps as a benchmark in the future. Thanks for that bit of info.
The current battery bank is 4 X 12-volt batteries, which I believe are fairly new. I will replace them with 4 X T-105's when they need replacement.
My big concern with relying on the digital voltmeter for figuring SOC is the varying temperatures I commonly encounter when boondocking in the spring and fall. I can easily find myself dealing with anywhere from 80* to 20*.
I can see that the new MH has much greater phantom loads compared to the TT I had previously. It is probably time for me to buy a clip-on ammeter.
