solar battery charging

Question

Iam  going to be parking my m/h in AZ. where there is no power. I would like to put  solar panels up to charge the batteries, ( 4-6v hooked up series/parallel for m/h) and ( 2-12v for starter batteries) has anybody done this and can you give me some info. I do NOT want to live in it lust keep the batteries  charged

I'm assuming it's not going to be in use while parked? How long are you looking to park it for? If it's for up to six months to a year, just disconnect the battery cables to prevent any parasitic draw and the batteries should be fine. We leave ours for six months at a time in the El Mirage area without a problem.

Solar panels would be nice, but I don't think they're necessary.
