solar battery charging

Iam going to be parking my m/h in AZ. where there is no power. I would like to put solar panels up to charge the batteries, ( 4-6v hooked up series/parallel for m/h) and ( 2-12v for starter batteries) has anybody done this and can you give me some info. I do NOT want to live in it lust keep the batteries charged

  • I'm assuming it's not going to be in use while parked? How long are you looking to park it for? If it's for up to six months to a year, just disconnect the battery cables to prevent any parasitic draw and the batteries should be fine. We leave ours for six months at a time in the El Mirage area without a problem.

Solar panels would be nice, but I don't think they're necessary.
