i think you are missing something here, in the logic
everything using power, or charging
is on the output side of the shunt
what gets measured by the shunt , is what the battery is accepting
all loads, including the solar controller (which only has use drain when there is NO solar or other charging being applied)
is on the output side of the shunt
0.5amps thru the victron ? shunt to the battery is 0.5amps
no need to calculate other loads and try to figure out where 0,2 for the controller is going
it is used before the shunt
