If the charging source is holding the batteries at 14.7v, there are no loads on the battery, the loads are on the charging source.
My Meanwell rsp-500-15 at the moment is making 3.93 amps, according to the wattmeter on its output. My battery monitor is saying the battery is at 14.7v and accepting 0.4 amps. So 3.89 of those meanwell amps, are powering my DC loads.
Time to lower voltage, no Cycling tonight.
