BTW, that is the lowest price I've seen on the small Morningstar MPPT controller. I paid $200 for mine.

I like the Morningstar MPPT-15 because it's adjustable for duration of stages and voltages. It has temp compensation available at the battery. It has fully supported technical information and can be hubbed with other Morningstar controllers. It appears to be well made and has been in constant service for me for 3 years. It charges my batteries better than I can with 120V battery chargers. AFAIK, it uses the same software (MSview) as it's bigger siblings so can be configured easily through the software interface. It will graph power harvested and has a real-time view of the module's output.
