Yes, and this document says 25C (77F) a reference point for temp compensation. 80F is used for measuring SG.
To calculate temp comp, you count all 2v cells, you have 6 of them, and calculate 0.028V*6 for 10F change. So it comes to ~15V Absorb at 67F - for a Trojan. But what's the use - you said your "other setpoint" only goes up to 14.5? This controller doesn't do half of what it's supposed to do. Donate it to somebody.
